Lauren Brown, founder of Lauren Brown International, is a creative designer, director and brand strategist with over two decades of experience spanning global resort, hospitality, and entertainment markets. Known for her visual storytelling, refined aesthetic, and ability to translate vision into visual, Lauren bridges strategic insight with beauty, and brings innovative design solutions to every client and collaboration.

Born and raised in the Philadelphia area and currently residing in Las Vegas, Lauren’s design journey began with an early fascination for spaces, narratives, and cultural insights. While working on her Visual Communications degree at Washington University in St. Louis, Lauren spent a semester abroad in Florence, Italy, where immersion in art history and architecture deepened her global perspective and ignited a passion for language, travel, and culture. Her experience overseas and travels since (19 countries and counting) became the foundation for her interest in design as a universal and transformative language.

CAREER HISTORY
After working for Department of Defense contractor, Northrop Grumman, designing for Cox Communications Hospitality Division, and teaching graphics at the International Academy of Design and Technology, her career really took shape at Steelman Partners - where she spent fourteen years helping deliver some of the world’s most dynamic integrated resorts and casinos — including Resorts World and Circa in Las Vegas, Sochi Casino in Russia, Casino Gran Via in Madrid, and Naga Resort & Casino in Phnom Penh. Originally hired for graphic design, her role quickly grew to span concept development, branding, and immersive storytelling, establishing her as a multidisciplinary creative leader trusted to translate big ideas for big clientele.

In 2012, Lauren co-founded MARQI Branding Studio, where she expanded her scope into lifestyle and destination branding, producing design systems, campaigns, and identity work for clients in the U.S. and abroad. Since opening Lauren Brown International, Lauren has continued to collaborate with hospitality giants, integrated resorts, marketing firms, architects, interior designers, and fashion experts to redefine brand positioning, experience design, and visual storytelling across various industry touch-points. Her clients are decision-makers, operators, and leaders who appreciate her understanding of their needs, timelines, and her commitment to deliver exceptional work at the level of personal service needed.
