2010-2024 / As a principal of MARQI Branding Studio at Steelman Partners, Lauren Brown laid the foundation for the firm’s first integrated branding practice—uniting architecture, interiors, and storytelling to shape distinctive brand identities, immersive environments, and guest experiences. Over fourteen years, she evolved from hands-on designer to creative leader, guiding brand and experience design for global hospitality, entertainment, casino, and destination developments.

Collaborating with developers, executives, and cross-disciplinary teams, Lauren helped guide each office project from the spark of vision to a complete, multi-sensory experience. Her portfolio includes branding partnerships with high-profile destinations including Circa Resort & Casino (Las Vegas), Casino Gran Vía (Madrid), and Sochi Casino (Russia) among many others.

Beyond design, Lauren played a key role in translating creative work into business growth. She helped position Steelman Partners in new markets and nurture long-term client relationships, standardizing the firm’s pitch materials, tailoring design storytelling for international audiences, and cultivating repeat partnerships that fueled continued expansion across North America, Asia, and Europe.
